@piggggle yep these are the ones that snap into GroVia covers or shells. I don’t think they snap into other brands. I’ve bought knock off inserts online and the GroVia snaps themselves are proprietary. They don’t accept other brands’ snaps.

I stripped them and the words came off the tags. Who knew? I guess these are the original style of GroVia inserts. They look pretty great on top and relatively free of stains, but each one has pinholes in the inner cotton layer, as shown. The have not lost any absorbency.
